Honing your tools

I did find a video. I thought this one was good because it covered the v-tool.

I own McClains leather honing block and compound. I've had this stuff for years and I'm embarrassed to say I've barely used it. But lucky for me since I'm hot for relief right now, I have all the accoutrements including plenty of wood.
