Saving blobs of acrylic paint

I mixed some awesome green the other day for this piece and I had some left over and wanted to save it. I put it in a square of Glad Press and Seal--this stuff--and sealed it up right next to by blob, eliminating as much air as possible, and 1 1/2 weeks later I tried it out and it was still good! The blob wasn't totally used up on the 2nd piece, and it's floating around on my studio desk still. It's appears to still be squishy as ever, so there's hope that it will be around in the near future.
