Linocut fixed, printed

I fixed my linocut with a product called Quik Wood, an epoxy. You knead it with your fingers and then use a putty knife to apply. I did a rather messy job--didn't sand and didn't tape, and it turned out decently. The valentine will be part of a trade put on by WPA, with a trading card dimension of 2.5 x 3.5". I wanted to make mine a little different, so I made it into a tri-fold. I cut out some strips of linocut for the red, and then overprinted it with an orange reading "Burning Ring of Fire," with a nod to the demigod Johnny Cash. The prints are a varied edition since the red strips aren't registered.

Update: Even though I'm not using gloves in this picture, you should. It's an epoxy, so if you sand it, use a mask.
