While in Houston 2 weekends ago, I managed to visit
Andis Applewhite in her studio. Andis just came off a successful show in the DC area at the
Washington Printmaker's Gallery and I was happy to see some of the serigraphs from her
Freedom series--which she hung in the DC show--plus other prints.
